Guest Services & Hospitality
Welcome and assist attendees from arrival to seating, provide directions, and help create a warm, organized, and inviting conference experience.
Conference Operations
Support the flow of services and sessions, assist with timing, coordination, and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Media & Production
Assist with photography, videography, livestream, and technical production to help capture and broadcast the conference experience.
Worship & Creative Arts
Serve in music, worship, or creative elements that help create
an atmosphere conducive to ministry and engagement.
Ushers & Seating
Guide attendees with seating, maintain order during sessions, and assist in creating a respectful and focused environment.
Resource & Product Table
Assist with managing books, materials, and merchandise, including sales, organization, and guest interaction.
Hospitality Support
Provide care and support for speakers, leaders, and VIP guests, including meals, preparation, and coordination of their needs.
Setup & Breakdown Team
Assist with preparing the venue before sessions and restoring it afterward, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready.
