THE ALIGNMENT PROCESS
Our Alignment Process Is Structured and Intentional
Grace International Fellowship operates with order and discernment. Every application is
carefully reviewed to ensure mutual alignment of vision, values, and governance.
Phase 1 – Application Submission
Complete and submit the formal Alignment Application for review.
Phase 2 – Leadership Review & Interview
Qualified applicants will be contacted for further discussion and leadership dialogue.
Phase 3 – Formal Alignment & Credentialing
Upon approval, formal covering, regional placement, and credentialing will be initiated.

Alignment with Grace International Fellowship requires:

• Maintenance of ethical and integral leadership practices
• Willingness to operate within a structured fellowship model
Grace values unity without uniformity. Each ministry retains its house vision while operating within a framework of relational and structural alignment. Grace does not seek to assume control or replace existing leadership, but to strengthen what has already been established. Ministries may remain connected to other fellowships or organizations, as Grace embraces a spirit of collaboration that advances the Kingdom of God.
